Golf Club Egg Hunt -

Check out what Peter Cottontail has dropped off at our annual Egg Hunt! The egg hunt will take place in front of the Clubhouse on Saturday, March 27th between 12-1. All residents 12 and under are welcome to participate. Make sure to bring your favorite basket to collect all those eggs! |

Before stopping by our Egg Hunt, take a trip over to the West Goshen Community Park for a colorful Egg Hunt and Hat Parade! This event will take place for children between 2-9 on Saturday, March 27 at 10:30 a.m. |

As Spring approaches, please take a few minutes to make sure we keep our grounds as beautiful as possible. You can do your part by picking up after your pet and taking your trash to the proper receptacles and not leaving it on your patio or balcony. With everyones help, we can keep our community shining! |

Chop Chop Salad -

Here is a quick and colorful salad that will put you into warm weather thinking!
1 romaine lettuce heart
4 to 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp, cooled, and chopped
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 English cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Salad Dressing
Chop the lettuce heart into 1- to 2-inch pieces. Combine it with the bacon, other vegetables, and nuts in a large bowl and toss the mixture well.
Keep the salad chilled until serving time. Then toss it again with enough dressing to lightly coat the vegetables, and season it with salt and pepper. Serves 6.

Breakfast UPDATE -

Due to the imposing weather, we've changed our Breakfast on the Go to Wednesday, April 7th, 2010.
Our November Breakfast on the Go was such a success, we've decided to do it again! We will be at the main entrance on Wednesday morning from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. handing out breakfast bags with granola bars, fruit, and fruit juices! All you have to do is roll down your window, say good morning of course, and go! We hope to see you! |
